Service Processing Time
- Services will be completed within 1-3 business days, depending on the type of service and staff availability
- For urgent requests, such as air conditioning temperature adjustment or water leakage inspection, these requests will be prioritized based on the severity of the issue
Service Coverage
- Services are provided only within the building premises and must be approved by the customer before proceeding
Service Hours
- Services are available during regular business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays
- If services are needed outside of regular hours, they may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of building management
Modifications & Cancellations
- If you need to modify or cancel your service request, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to allow for proper scheduling adjustments
Service Delays & Unavailability
- If unforeseen circumstances or restrictions cause service delays or make it unavailable, our team will inform you in advance and provide suitable solutions
Service Feedback & Evaluation
- After receiving services, we kindly request customers to provide feedback and suggestions through the system to help us improve the quality of our services
Service Processing Time
- Products will be delivered, and services will be completed within 2-3 business days from the date of signing the quotation (excluding weekends and public holidays
- If any items require additional time beyond the specified period, the company will notify you as soon as possible
Service Coverage
- Delivery and services are available only within the building premises
Order Changes
- Once the quotation has been signed and confirmed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled
Service Delays
- In case of any unforeseen circumstances or factors that cause delays in delivery or service execution, the company will notify the customer in advance
Service Evaluation
- Upon completion of the service, we kindly request customers to provide feedback and evaluate their satisfaction through the system, allowing the company to finalize the job
Payment Terms
- The customer is required to make payment within 7 days after receiving the invoice or according to the previously agreed utility payment cycle with building management
